About us

The Spanish Olive Oil Interprofessional Organization is a non-profit organization established by the entities representing the different operators in the olive oil industry (olive growers, cooperatives, factories, bottlers and exporters) with the aim of serving as an industry improvement tool.

The Spanish Olive Oil Interprofessional is an organization that was born out of an industry initiative by olive growers, cooperatives, factories, bottlers and exporters. These groups are fully involved in the day-to-day management of the organization.
