Spoon bread recipe

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a robot coupe until smooth, let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. On med heat in a pan add Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain. Using a spoon, scoop out and place into pan quarter sized wads of the mix.
  3. Let cook for about 3 minutes on one side before flipping and smashing slightly. Continue to cook on the other side for about 3 more minutes.
  4. Pull from oil and set on towel to rid of excess olive oil.

  • 1 bu. Parsley
  • 1 ea. Garlic clove
  • a pinch Chili flake
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain

  • Salt as needed
  • ¼  cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
