The Spanish Olive Oil Interprofessional Organization is presenting the actions for the second year of the Olive Oil Makes a Tastier World campaign in Shanghai. This campaign is being carried out in Asia with the collaboration of the European Union. The presentation to local press was led by the organization’s Marketing Director, Raquel Díaz. The journalists participated in a culinary workshop surrounding the use of extra virgin olive oil in Chinese cuisine, taught by chef Hu Yuanjun. Additionally, the reporters made several dishes and competed to see who best integrated extra virgin olive oil into their cooking.
