Get to know our different varieties of oil, Spanish culture and gastronomy through the eyes of Borja, an American illustrator who has lived in Spain for years. With a Spanish father and an American mother, Borja is the perfect union of both cultures. He and his mother, Trudy, who has also lived in Spain for more than 30 years, tell us about their experiences, their knowledge of our gastronomy and the central role that olive oil plays in their daily diet.
